Greg Sterling reports that investors and investment firms will like the acquisition because it represents a strategic shift in growing online revenues in a diversified way. R.H. Donnelley is the nation’s third largest yellow pages publisher which purchased LocalLaunch!, a Chicago-based company, providing local search marketing products in September 2006 and owns DexKnows.com Internet Yellow Pages in 14 states in the north western United States.
