You’ve seen the infomercials for the Video Professor on late-night TV and may have bought the video professor computer training videos but the way the company is handling the criticism may be legal but not professional and in the best interests of its customers or companies reputation.

The bad reputation for suing “anonymous” people could cost more in sales and customer loyalty than it would cost an SEO Company to bury the complaint sites through an online reputation management campaign.
